As part of a family owned and run group, we place great personal emphasis on the success of each Wedding Reception. To this end, a member of the Team will meet with you in order to view our banqueting suite and answer your initial queries. Once you have booked your Wedding Reception with us, our Wedding Co-ordinator will be on hand throughout the months of planning and will personally welcome you to the Restaurant for the first time as husband and wife.
Whether you plan a private celebration or a lavish dinner for family and friends, when you place yourselves in the capable hands of our friendly management and staff, we promise that your Wedding Day will be organised down to the smallest detail, allowing you to relax and enjoy yourselves on your special day.

Your Wedding Day
On the happiest day of your life, you will step out of your bridal car onto a red carpet and be welcomed personally by our Banqueting Manager, along with a glass of champagne to get the celebrations started.
Whilst you are having your photographs taken, your guests will be offered a drink on arrival until you are ready to receive them formally at your receiving line or informally should you prefer. Remember, the day is yours and we are here to assist in ensuring that you have a wedding day to remember.
Our Wedding co-ordinator will be more than happy to discuss the various personal touches that every Bride requires at her wedding, whether this is arranging balloon decorations or scattering table confetti on your dinner tables. We are flexible in our approach to your day and will always cater for your personal requests where possible. Please do not hesitate to discuss the fine points of your wedding, no matter how outlandish or trivial they may seem – we have been asked for many things over the years and so far none have shocked or been impossible!!
Please feel free to discuss any of these matters at your final appointment when you will also be asked about the arrangements for your favours, gifts, any personalised stationery and delivery time of your wedding cake .

We believe that you should be aware of all possible costs prior to making your decision, which is why all of our wedding packages include the following .
Our Wedding Co-ordinator will be your main point of contact at The Restaurant and will be with you from the moment you book your wedding with us to personally welcoming you as Husband & Wife for the first time. Please feel free to discuss any aspect of your wedding with us.
Our highly experienced Banqueting Manager will be with you from your introduction at your final appointment through to the end of your evening reception. He will oversee every service aspect of your wedding and also act as Toastmaster for the day.

Terms & Conditions
Provisional reservations are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and a 25% deposit. These are due within 14 days of making your initial reservation and all deposits paid are non refundable in the event of cancellation. Kaldi's will always contact you prior to releasing any date.
You may pay your outstanding balance up, in amounts that suite your needs, But, your outstanding Balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your wedding
Please note that our wedding suite is subject to minimum numbers. Should your final numbers drop below our minimum, then a room hire surcharge will be applicable.
Final numbers will be required no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. The number we have at this stage will be the minimum numbers charged for.
Children under 12 years of age will be offered either a special children's menu or a half portion of the adults' menu. Children's menu is charged at £5.00 per child and for those who select a half portion of the main wedding menu, a rate of 75% of the package price will be applicable. Please note these rates also include soft drinks for the children.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation or change of date, the following charges will apply:
3 months prior to arrival 50% of the total estimated value
2 months prior to arrival 75% of the total estimated value
1 month prior to arrival 100% of the total estimated value
All prices are correct at the time oas of 16.05.05 and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. All prices are reviewed on a regular basis and whilst we do not anticipate that these will alter, we will inform you immediately should this change.
